How i ended up being a runner!




Most of my mornings I go running without having breakfast  first,(some say that this is good for our health) and so today. I wasn’t always  like this, the last four to five years I changed my daily life, because of  some health problems. I didn’t just woke up one day from my bed and started running. It’s not as easy as you think it is. I started with just slow walks in the park, I lost a few pounds doing this , and then I moved on to running one to two kilometers per day!

We don’t have to do exhausted diets ( how could I stay away from sweets)

All you need to do is to believe in yourself, go for a slow walk or for cycling and have a healthy way of life( of course fast food and some sweets once in a while are acceptable casue as we said before we don’t want exhausted diets, and with exercise we wont hurt our health and our bodies)
 

 


                  I feel like a winner because I just believed in my self
